vinyl ~ landscape

Projected off-cuts from experiment which involved pouring PVA glue over vinyl records, (winter 2015) once cured and peeled off the clear PVA projects amazingly well - they also play backwards on the turntable. Other techniques incuded etching into exposed photogram acetates with a pin, whilst they revolved on the turntable.

This process was developed as part of an audio / visual collabortation, 'Periphery' between myself and  North-East based DJ, musician and composer Mariam Rezaei. A series of experimental workshops, with live and pre-recorded audio accompanying the projected imagery.
